Freight Claims and Shipment Damage:
Standard Warranty:
Manufacturer will warrant your wheels to be free of structural
defects in its material and workmanship, under normal use, for
lifetime. (Please note this doesn’t include damages incurred while
driving such as road hazard.) Manufacturer will repair or replace,
at their discretion, any wheel that is determined to have had a
structural defect.
Tire warranty is 1 year carried by each manufacturer
and only covers manufacturer defects. Normal wear, damage from
misuse or abuse, damage incurred in transit or damage done by
modifications to your vehicle is not covered by this warranty.
IAMFS disclaims any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for any period beyond the expressed
warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to
you.
No one has authority to change or modify this
Standard Warranty in any respect.
To obtain service under the Standard Warranty,
contact: IAMFS at 1-866-300-2070, and ask got the Technical Service
Department.
IAMFS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF
TIME INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, LOSS OF BUSINESS,
LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific, legal rights and
you may have other rights which may vary form state to state.
This warranty covers the original purchaser only.
This warranty is void if the unit is modified in any manner from its
original design.

The best way to contact us about our products is email. Provide

1-866-300-2070 from 9am to 8pm Monday – Friday (Eastern Standard

Order Status:
Check the status of your order at
orderstatus@ezcreditwarehouse.com. Please provide the full
billing mane, the date ordered and the order number.
Payment: In addition to
our very liberal credit financing, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Money
Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks. Your credit card will
be charged 12-24 hours after you place your order. We have a
“Pre-pay” policy to protect ourselves form fraudulent orders. We
also accept checks by fax. Just fax a copy to 812-944-4953 and our
billing department will contact you to verify the info and your
order before processing your check. We do not accept any other
forms of payment, and do not offer C.O.D. terms.
Sales Tax: There is
no sales tax charged unless you live in the State of Indiana.
Indiana State sales tax is 6.5%.
Shipping and
Delivery: Ezcreditwarehouse.com ships anywhere in the
continental United States only. Due to extremely high shipping
costs we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to APO or
FPO addresses.
Shipping Dates:
Our goal is t quickly ship your product. We will make every effort
to deliver in 3-4 weeks. You may contact us about order status at
any time. We will provide you the shipper’s tracking number, phone
number and website to monitor your order. In some cases, due to
demand of an individual item, shipping time may take up to 6-8
weeks. We do not partial ship. All items must be shipped at the
same time.
Please Note: The shipping times we quote are
estimates, not guarantees. When it comes to order times we are
depending on the manufacturer to provide us with the estimated ship
date. If we find that there’s going to be an unusual delay for your
order, we will notify you.
Delivery Disclaimer:
Remember that wheels and tires weigh well over 50 lbs. a piece.
Please insure you have the appropriate amount of people able to lift
this weight easily when they are delivered by UPS or Fed-Ex.
Out of
Stock/Backorder Products: In some cases, items will be
backordered or out of stock. You will be notified with estimated
delivery time. We can not give out exact delivery dates since we
are waiting for theses products from the factories. In some cases,
this can take up to 8 weeks. IN this instance you will be given the
opportunity to modify your order to a product in stock.
Transit Time: On
average, most large items take 3 to 10 days in transit form the time
it ships, not from the time it is ordered. Most deliveries are made
Monday thru Friday. We can not give out exact delivery dates. We
can only tell you when your bed will or has been shipped. The
delivery service will contact you t give you your exact delivery
date and time.
Delivery Acceptance and Inspection: Drivers cannot deliver
if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of
delivery. Drivers cannot handle items that are not listed on
the delivery documents.
You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify
the carrier of any damage incurred during shipping, as well as any
defects in manufacturing that can be observed upon reasonable
inspection. Note any problems in writing on the bill of lading
before the driver leaves. UNLESS AN ISSUE IS NOTED IN THIS WAY, YOU
WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE GOODS IN THE CONDITION
DELIVERED.
All goods are professionally packed by the
manufacturer for shipping, but damage during shipment can sometimes
still occur. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier,
and any manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the
manufacturer. Neither is a likely occurrence, but we will assist
you in resolving such issues in any way we can, so long as they are
recorded by you at the time of delivery as described above. In many
cases, damage or defects can be corrected on site, eliminating the
need to re-pack and return the goods. If not, the carrier will be
responsible for returning the item, and it will either be repaired
or replaced and will be re-delivered at no additional expense to
you.
Damaged Items:
All products are fully inspected and are in perfect condition before
being shipped out. When the merchandise is received, we ask that
you inspect the outside of the cartons for any shipping damage. In
the event there is noticeable damage to the cartons or packaging, we
ask that this be noted on the freight bill as “Damages Cartons.
Subject to inspection”. Do not send back the merchandise. If you
find there is damage to the product, contact us within 24 hours of
receiving and we will either repair or replace the merchandise.
For missing parts, etc, please contact us by phone or
email within 7 days of receipt for replacement parts.
Pricing: If there is a
pricing error on our web site, we will contact you with the correct
price before processing your order. Prices are subject t change at
any time.
Discontinued Items:
On occasion, items will be discontinued without notice. In this
case we will contact you with a replacement or similar product. At
this time the order can be canceled without penalty.
