American Racing Aftermarket Limited Warranty states that our wheels will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. American Racing further warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase. Steel wheels have a ninety-day warranty on paint and plating, excluding surface rust which can be prevented by proper care, or can be accelerated by improper (or lack of) care, and therefore is not covered. Chrome plated aluminum wheels have a two year warranty against chrome peeling on the face of the wheel only. Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance. Their finish is not covered by warranty. OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned for visual inspection. The product must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and returned to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty is not applicable if:

A. Damage occurred due to failure to follow the complete instructions in the Owner's Manual, supplied with each wheel;

B. Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance, other then the recommended procedures that are included in the Owner's Manual supplied with each wheel;

C. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions;

D. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN AND IS IIN IEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IIMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HERE BY DISCLAIMED.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding. American Racing wheels are not designed to be mounted with any accessories or adapters, etc., other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by the manufacturer and damage caused by any such other accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty.

IMPORTANT
If returned products are found not to be the subject of the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders' expense.
