Returns and Exchanges: In the event of an exchange or a return, the merchandise would need to be returned in the original package. The shipping and processing fee of 30% (or $20.00 minimum) is not available for refund or credit.
• Electrical parts are non-refundable/ returnable if ordered incorrectly by the customer.
• For information regarding returns and exchanges, please refer to your specific Warranty.
Return Material Authorization Numbers:
• Customer must obtain a valid authorization number to indicate the return has been authorized by
calling Customer Service at 866-300-2070. That authorization number must be clearly marked on
the bottom of the package.
• The customer prepays all freight charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly.
• Packages received without an authorization number will be returned to the customer at the
customer’s
expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days.
• IAMFS is responsible only for merchandise purchased directly from IAMFS Inc.
Returns:
• The customer would be responsible for freight both from and to IAMFS.
• Items beyond 1 (one) month from date of shipment are not eligible for return.
• All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in resalable condition.
• IAMFS will make the determination for return after evaluating the returned product. If the product
needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer’s expense.
• IAMFS may refuse credit for:
1. Improper installation
2. Failure to provide suitable operating conditions
3. Use of product for which it was not designed
4. Alteration or modification of any part
5. Abuse, misuse or neglect
Cancellations:
• If the order has not shipped, the customer shall be responsible for a processing fee of 20%
• If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the freight both from or to
the customer and from or to IAMFS and a processing fee of 30% (or $20.00 minimum).
Freight Claims and Shipment Damage:
• If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on
receipt of the package.
Standard Warranty: SunQuest® warrants your tanning unit to be free of structural defects in its material and workmanship, under normal use, for its’ rated lifetime. SunQuest® will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defect to the structure which affects the performance of the unit.
For six months from the date of purchase, SunQuest® will provide replacements for parts that prove to be defective in material or workmanship. Acrylic shields, fluorescent lamps and lamp starters are excluded from this warranty. Labor will be covered for 30 days from the date of service. Normal wear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage incurred in transit or damage done by unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered by this warranty.
IAMFS disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any period beyond the expressed warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
No one has authority to change or modify this Standard Warranty in any respect.
To obtain service under the Standard Warranty, contact: IAMFS at 1-866-300-2070, and ask for the Technical Service Department.
IAMFS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific, legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All warranty service must be performed by an authorized service person. If your tanning unit must be returned for service, all freight charges must be at your expense. Contact your IAMFS representative for the address of the SunQuest® Service Center nearest you. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
This warranty covers the original purchaser only. This warranty is void if the unit is modified in any manner from its original design. An extended warranty is available on some units. Call for details.
Important Note: Important Power Requirements For Tanning Equipment: Today’s 220-volt equipment is extremely sensitive! Since electrical voltages vary from place to place, the output and life of tanning lamps can be affected. For equipment to operate properly and to make it last longer, we may suggest installation of a buck booster transformer to adjust the electrical voltage. Please see the electrical requirements for your equipment on the earlier pages located underneath the main picture. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call your representative.
Product Questions: The best way to contact us about our products is email. Provide product numbers and any questions you have. Email questions to: info@ezcreditwarehouse.com. Emails will be answered in the order they are received. You can also call our office at 1-866-300-2070 from 9 am to 8pm Monday - Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
Order Status: Check the status of your order at orderStatus@ezcreditwarehouse.com. Please provide the full billing name, the date ordered and the order number.
Payment: In addition to our very liberal credit financing, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks. Your credit card will be charged 12-24 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. We also accept checks by fax. Just fax a copy to 812-944-5635 and our billing department will contact you to verify the info and your order before processing your check. We do not accept any other forms of payment, and do not offer C.O.D. terms.
Sales Tax: There is no sales tax charged unless you live in the State of Indiana. Indiana State sales tax is 6.5%.
Shipping and Delivery: Ezcreditwarehouse.com ships anywhere in the continental United States only. Due to extremely high shipping cost we do NOT ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses
Shipping Dates: Our goal is to quickly ship your product. We will make every effort to deliver in 3-4 weeks. You may contact us about order status at any time. We will provide you the shipper’s tracking number, phone number and website to monitor your order. In some cases, due to demand of an individual item, shipping time may take up to 4-6 weeks. We do not partial ship. All items must be shipped at the same time.
Please Note: The shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. When it comes to order times we are depending on the factory to provide us with the estimated ship date. If we find that there's going to be an unusual delay for your order, we will notify you.
The shipping company will contact you at least 1 day in advance to arrange a time for delivery that is acceptable to both parties.
Delivery Disclaimer: Remember that tanning beds can be bulky. Each piece may weigh well over 100 lbs. Please insure you have the appropriate amount of people able to lift this weight easily to unload the tanning bed from the delivery company and deliver to your room of choice. Neither we nor the carrier will be responsible for costs or delays due to insufficient or inappropriate labor for final delivery to the room of your choice. In addition, neither we nor the carrier are responsible for lack of clearance for items to be delivered to your room of choice. Dimensions and weights of all tanning beds are available on our website. Please measure all stairwells, hallways, doorways and elevators to be sure there is adequate clearance. You will be responsible for the final unloading from the back of the delivery trailer and set up of the tanning bed.
Out of Stock/Backorder Products: In some cases, items will be backordered or out of stock. You will be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the factories. In some cases, this can take up to 8 weeks. In this instance you will be given the opportunity to modify your order to a product in stock.
Transit Time: On average, most large items take 3 to 15 days in transit from the time it ships, not from the time it’s ordered. Most deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. We cannot give out exact delivery dates. We can only tell you when your bed will or has been shipped. The delivery service will contact you to give you your exact delivery date and time.
Delivery Acceptance and Inspection: Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents.
You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify the carrier of any damage incurred during shipping, as well as of any defects in manufacturing that can be observed upon reasonable inspection. Note any problems in writing on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. UNLESS AN ISSUE IS NOTED IN THIS WAY, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE GOODS IN THE CONDITION DELIVERED.
All goods are professionally packed by the manufacturer for shipping, but damage during shipment can sometimes still occur. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier, and any manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Neither is a likely occurrence, but we will assist you in resolving such issues in any way we can, so long as they are recorded by you at the time of delivery as described above. In many cases, damage or defects can be corrected on site, eliminating the need to re-pack and return the goods. If not, the carrier will be responsible for returning the item, and it will either be repaired or replaced and will be re-delivered at no additional expense to you.
Tanning Bed Assembly: The tanning beds are mostly pre-assembled but will require some light assembly. This can be done with basic hand tools (screw driver, etc.). If assembly is needed, please call our customer service department for support. Some larger tanning beds may require more installation support, ventilation, electrical service installation. Please discuss these options with your sales rep before purchasing your tanning bed. IAMFS will not be held liable or responsible for additional charges or fees you incur for installation or modifications to your room of choice to operate your tanning bed.
Damaged Items: All products are fully inspected and are in perfect condition before being shipped out. When the merchandise is received, we ask that you inspect the outside of the cartons for any shipping damage. In the event there is noticeable damage to the cartons or packaging, we ask that this be noted on the freight bill as “Damaged Cartons. Subject to inspection”. Do not send back the merchandise. If you find there is damage to the product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving and we will either repair or replace the merchandise.
For missing parts, etc., please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt for replacement parts.
Pricing: If there is a pricing error on our web site, we will contact you with the correct price before processing your order. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Discontinued Items: On occasion, items will be discontinued without notice. In this case we will contact you with a replacement or similar product. At this time the order can be canceled without penalty.
