In most cases the voltage service from your electrical company will vary between 205 and 250 VAC.  To insure the proper operation of your new tanning bed, a proper tanning experience, and to get the most time out of your tanning bulbs you may need a Buck Booster.

A Buck-booster alters the voltage coming out of the wall, either raising it (boosting) or lowering it (bucking). Normal operation of a tanning unit requires around 220VAC. A professional electrician can determine what voltage you have.
