Emails will be answered in the order they are received. You can also call our office at 1-866-300-2070 from 9 am to 8pm Monday - Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
Order Status: Check the status of your order at OrderStatus@ezcreditwarehouse.com. Please provide the full billing name, the date ordered.
Sales Tax: There is no sales tax charged unless you live in the State of Indiana. Indiana State sales tax is 6.5%.
Shipping and Delivery: Ezcreditwarehouse.com ships anywhere in the continental United States only. Due to extremely high shipping cost we do NOT ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses
Shipping Dates: Our goal is to quickly ship your product. We will make every effort to deliver in 3-4 weeks. You may contact us about order status at any time. We will provide you the shipper’s tracking number, phone number and website to monitor your order. In some cases, due to demand of individual items
and distance from the shipping warehouse, shipping time may take up to 4-5 weeks. We do not partial ship. All items must be shipped at the same time.
Please Note: The shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. When it comes to order times we are depending on the factory to provide us with the estimated ship date. If we find that there's going to be an unusual delay for your order, we will notify you.
The shipping company will contact you to arrange a time of delivery.
Deliveries will be scheduled within two business days from the day our
carrier receives your product from the manufacturer.
The shipping company will contact you at least 2 days in advance to arrange a time for delivery that is acceptable to both parties.
Curbside delivery : Your items will be delivered to the back of the truck. YOU will be responsible for unloading from the truck, final delivery to your location, installation of the product, and removal of the debris. The truck driver is not obligated to help unload the truck once the product is moved to the back of the truck. Please be aware that most furniture items can weigh 100-300 lbs depending on the item. You will need at least two people with the ability to lift these weights at the time of delivery. A significant charge will be assessed to you by the shipping company if you are un-prepared, unable or refuse to unload the product which will require an additional return trip by the shipper at a later time. Inside Delivery : For an additional fee (assessed to your monthly payment plan) you may choose to have your products delivered into your home. Most large items ship with our "White Glove Service". This type of delivery includes delivery of all products inside your home and placed in the room of your choice (on the first floor). This service is inside the room but does include set up in most cases. We will get the product inside your home but it is your responsibility to unpack and assemble if needed. Please contact your customer service agents for pricing details and options available to you.
IN THE EVENT THE FURNITURE DOES NOT FIT INTO THE ROOM OR INTO THE HOUSE, THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION FROM EZCREDITWAREHOUSE.COM. IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT COST BOTH WAYS AND A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
Inside Delivery and Installation : For an additional fee (assessed to your monthly payment plan) this type of delivery includes the inside delivery service listed above and includes installation of the products and removal of debris. Please contact your customer service agents for pricing details and options available to you.
Please note that orders that are refused for no reason without prior notice or canceled after the product is in transit, the customer will incur both freight charges to the customer’s home and the return freight charges back to the warehouse.
Out of Stock/Backorder Products: In some cases items will be backordered and out of stock. You will be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the factories. In some cases this can take up to 8 weeks. In this instance you will be given the opportunity to modify your order to a product in stock.
Delivery Days: Most deliveries are made
Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5 PM, excluding holidays.
WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Typical delivery includes “gray glove” service. This service includes
delivery to the first available location out of the weather, typically
across the threshold of your residence. This service
DOES NOT INCLUDE
unpacking or installation of your furniture. For improved “white
glove” service prices, please contact your sales representative.
Delivery Acceptance and Inspection:
Ideally, we would prefer to have our customers available for their
deliveries in order to personally inspect their new merchandise. If this is
not possible, there must be a responsible adult (at least 18 years of age)
present. Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or
older is not at home at the time of delivery. Drivers cannot handle
furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. This includes,
but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers,
stereos). If for some reason you should miss your scheduled delivery, a new
date will need to be arranged, and additional delivery fees may be assessed.
INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL AND NOTIFY THE CARRIER OF ANY DAMAGE
INCURRED DURING SHIPPING, AS WELL AS ANY DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURING THAT CAN
BE OBSERVED UPON REASONABLE INSPECTION. NOTE ANY PROBLEMS IN WRITING ON THE
BILL OF LADING BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. UNLESS AN ISSUE IS NOTED IN THIS
WAY, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE GOODS IN THE CONDITION
All goods are professionally packed by
the manufacturer for shipping, but damage during shipment can sometimes
still occur. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier, and any
manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Neither
is a likely occurrence, but we will assist you in resolving such issues in
any way we can, so long as they are recorded
by you at the time of delivery as described above. In many
cases, damage or defects can be corrected on site, eliminating the need to
re-pack and return the goods.
Furniture Assembly: Most items may require light assembly and in some cases this is not noted on the product pages. This can be done with basic hand tools (screw driver etc.). If assembly is needed please call our customer service dept for a quote for full assembly of items.
Damaged Items: All product are
fully inspected and are in perfect condition before being shipped out.
When the merchandise is received, we ask that you
inspect the outside of the cartons for any shipping damage.
In the event there is noticeable damage to the cartons or packaging, we ask
that this is noted on the freight bill as “Damaged Cartons. Subject to
inspection”. Do not send back the merchandise. If you find there is damage
to the product, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will either
repair or replace the merchandise.

us by phone at 866-300-2070 x. 107 (Service Dept.) or email within 7 days of
receipt for replacement parts.
Pricing: If there is a pricing error on our web site, we will contact you with the correct price before processing your order. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Discontinued Items: On occasion, items will be discontinued without notice. In this case we will contact you with a replacement or similar product. At this time the order can be canceled without penalty.
Color Shades: We do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item because screen settings may vary from pc to pc. Our Quality Satisfaction Guarantee is based on quality only. For the best depiction of item color, set screen so that other items in the picture seem to be in their natural color. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk.
Returns: We can assure you that our products are of high quality, and you will be satisfied. If an item is delivered damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours and it will be repaired to new condition, replaced or you can have credit towards another item. Anyone returning orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping service and set up a pick up from your location.
If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do not like the choice you made, the item may be returned for a refund minus a
40% RESTOCKING fee on standard merchandise and a 30% RESTOCKING fee on custom merchandise.
Canceling or Changing Orders: Standard items can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to shipping. Once the items are in the shipping process, there is a 40% cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped there is a 30% restocking fee plus the freight charge that the shipping company charges our company for the return. If the order is refused at delivery or there is nobody to receive the delivery at the scheduled time by the shipping company the same charges occur as stated above.
Refunds: Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a check to the billing address from the original order. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.
Warranty Information: Most of the products we sell include a warranty directly from the company that manufactures the product.
Upholstered Product: All of our upholstered products are guaranteed for 1 year (from the time the items are received) against defects in (leather, cloth) merchandise. We will replace any defective cushions, pillows or seat pads that are defective. Because of daily wear and tear on upholstered items or mistreatment of the product we cannot warranty these types of products over 60 days. There will be a parts charge on anything over the 60 days.
Glass Products: All glass products (table tops etc.) that are damaged or defective must be reported to us within
72 hours of receiving the product. There is no warranty on damaged glass after the
72 hours. Any glass replacement products can be purchased from us.
General Warranty: Under conditions of normal usage our products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Our manufacturers, at their option, will repair or replace any product found by the manufacturers to contain such a defect in workmanship or materials at no charge to the original purchaser exclusive of any shipping and delivery costs incurred to effect the repair or replacement. This warranty is rendered inapplicable if the product in question is subjected to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence or accidents, or if the original purchaser is not in possession of the original receipt for the same. The above warranty does not apply to fabrics or other covers as they vary greatly in composition and durability and are not warranted by our suppliers.
